Crab Dip

A guaranteed crowd pleaser. The hardest part of this crab dip is to not eat the whole bowl at once! It is best to use fresh or frozen crab meat from the fish market (instead of cans), it will make all the difference.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz crab meat (2 cans, although fresh crab is much better)
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce or ketchup
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz Philadelphia cheese (1 package), at room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pinch garlic powder
  • pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients, best if chilled for a few hours. Serve with crackers!
