Ingredients

  • 16 ½ oz Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough (1 package)
  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (soft, room temperature) (1 box)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Mixed fresh fruit or berries (e.g., blueberries, sliced kiwi, strawberries, raspberries)
  • cup apple jelly (or apricot preserves)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Cut the Pillsbury dough into ⅛-inch slices.
  • Layer the dough slices onto a pizza pan. Press the edges of the slices to create an even flat surface.
  • Bake the crust at 350℉ for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
  • Mix the cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  • Arrange the fruit and berries over the cheese layer.
  • In a small bowl, mix the apple jelly and water. Glaze over the pizza.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve chilled.

Notes

If you’re starting with a Philadelphia Cheese that’s too cold and hard, you can put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften it and make it more spreadable.
