Mixed fresh fruit or berries (e.g., blueberries, sliced kiwi, strawberries, raspberries)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Cut the Pillsbury dough into ⅛-inch slices.
Layer the dough slices onto a pizza pan. Press the edges of the slices to create an even flat surface.
Bake the crust at 350℉ for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
Mix the cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
Arrange the fruit and berries over the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, mix the apple jelly and water. Glaze over the pizza.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve chilled.
Notes
If you're starting with a Philadelphia Cheese that's too cold and hard, you can put it in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften it and make it more spreadable.
