Orange, Cranberry and Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1½ cups oat bran
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 1 large orange (peeled, cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
Other
- ½ cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients together.
- In a separate large bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
- Slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix well.
- Mix in dried cranberries.
- Pour into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
