Dry Ingredients

oat bran

wheat bran

ground flaxseed

brown sugar
Wet Ingredients

large orange (peeled, cut into small pieces)
1
cup
milk
½
cup
olive oil

eggs

dried cranberries (or raisins)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients together.
In a separate large bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
Slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture. Mix well.
Mix in dried cranberries.
Pour into muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
