Cheese Sauce for Fish

Ingredients

  • tsp all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp basil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened.
  • Add cheese and Dijon mustard, stir until melted.
  • Add lemon juice, herbs and pepper. Serve immediately over fish.
