Cheese Sauce for Fish

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened.
Add cheese and Dijon mustard, stir until melted.
Add lemon juice, herbs and pepper. Serve immediately over fish.
