large flake oatmeal

wheat germ

sesame seeds

unsalted hulled sunflower seeds

hulled pumpkin seeds

Liquids

olive oil

maple syrup

water
Dried Fruit

raisins

chopped dates

currants

dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275℉.
Line 2 large baking pans with aluminium foil or parchment paper.
Mix all the
dry ingredients
in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, bring the
liquids
(oil, maple syrup, water) to a boil. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stir well.
Spread the mixture on 2 large baking pans. Bake and stir every 15-20 minutes for a total of 90 minutes.
Remove from oven, add the
dried fruit
, and stir to combine.
Notes
Store in airtight container for up to three weeks.
