Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add green beans to the skillet, season with salt, and cook over medium-heat until the beans are tender, 7-10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, tahini, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cilantro, water, red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the beans, and lightly toss to combine. Plate and serve.
