Preheat oven to 400℉.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place filet skin down on baking sheet. Add the tomatoes around the fish.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Pour over the fish and tomatoes.
Top fish with parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the fish is flaky. Optional, broil for additional 1-2 minutes to brown the top.
