Roasted Maple Walnuts Snack

Equipment

  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350℉.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper (it will stick to aluminium foil).
  • In a medium bowl, mix walnuts, maple syrup and cinnamon.
  • Spread on baking sheet, add pinch of salt.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before eating, longer if putting away in a container.
