Tomato, Avocado and Feta Salad

Ingredients

medium grapevine tomatoes, cut in large chunks

avocado, sliced
½
lime, juiced
1
tbsp
fresh thyme
(or 1 tsp dried)
⅓
cup
feta cheese, crumbled
fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, lime juice, thyme, and pepper. I find that there's no need to add salt since the feta cheese is naturally salty.
Add avocado and feta, gently mix.
Serve immediately before the avocado starts to turn brown.
Notes
Mixing all the ingredients in a bowl before presenting will allow the flavours and the juices to blend well.
